Submission Guideline

We encourage you to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions. For the technical research track, we invite high quality submissions of papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Communication, Devices and Computing. Please review the submission and formatting instructions carefully. Submissions that do not comply with the instructions and size limits will be rejected without review. Prospective authors are requested to submit their manuscript (full length paper) in PDF format, minimum 4 pages in A4 size. The article must be submitted through Microsoft CMT portal. The Microsoft CMT service will be used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
The manuscript should be in International Journal of HIT Transaction on ECCN format. Authors may also access Word Template. Submitted papers must not have been published previously and they must not be currently under consideration for publication at another venue. All submissions will be handled electronically and submitted papers will be peer reviewed by the panel of reviewers maintaining the standard of Springer LNEE Book Series.
